Description Scribble Maps is a Flash-based web-mapping service that utilizes Google Maps, expanding its services with additional tools and features, such as: drawing, typing, shape creation, way points and navigation, distance marking, and importing of Google Earth files.  Unlike Google Earth, there is no download, and the pro-version of Scribble Maps is free after an account is created.

To register for the pro version, which enables the advanced editing features: 

  1. Go to:  http://www.scribblemaps.com
  2. Click the "Go Pro!" button.
  3. Click on "Register for Free."  The middle button, or you can login with your Facebook account if you choose. 
  4. Then login and begin map making!
