Suggested Inquiry Activities

* Analyze photos current and past with particular location in a city of state.
* Explore maps between particular dates and look for changes over time. 
* Students look at a series of photos and put them into sequential/timeline order.
* Students investigate factors that can change a community or bring it together and log them on the history pin site.
* Have students choose a location and analyze it from the "sky."
* Students can research a topic, insert story pins, and tell a story off of the map.
* Take a fiction book and map the locations from the book onto history pin for a visual reference.
* Search for historical locations in your neighborhood and history pin them to denote them for research later.
